Normandía Maldonado dedicó su vida a preservar nuestra identidad, cultura y tradiciones para las futuras generaciones. Me honra haber impulsado y logrado la aprobación de la legislación federal que designó la oficina postal ubicada en el 511 West de la calle 165 como el “Edificio de la Oficina Postal Normandía Maldonado”, para que su legado permanezca para siempre en el Distrito Congresual 13 y en la historia de nuestra comunidad”.
